The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for applying generally accepted accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Full cycle Accounts Receivable including Collections and Billing
Full cycle Accounts Payable
Multiple bank reconciliations and record keeping
Detailed Analysis and preparation of reports for the President of the company
Payroll for 100+ employees including 1099s and tax reporting
Requirements:
Knowledgeable of accrual and cash basis of accounting
AA or BA/BS in Accounting or related
2+ years of experience in the bookkeeping field
Experience with payroll preferred
Competence with financial data analysis and report generation that is prompt and accurate
Microsoft Excel experience
QuickBooks or other ERP experience required
Solid understanding of full charge bookkeeping
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
