We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our clients' team in Tucson, Arizona. They are in the construction industry, and as the Full-Charge Bookkeeper you will be tasked with handling bank and credit card reconciliation, assisting in payroll, and utilizing QuickBooks Desktop for various tasks. Job Responsibility:
Execute bank and credit card reconciliation to ensure accurate accounting records
Assist in payroll operations, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for various accounting tasks, enhancing efficiency in operations
Handle month-end close activities, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date
Work with Microsoft Excel for basic data management and analysis
Oversee accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations
Job Costing - will be trained on it
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
Proficiency in accounting software systems
Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to close the books
Proficiency in QuickBooks
