We are seeking a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of accounting operations and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records for our organization.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of all transactions
Monitor budgets and assist with budget preparation
Oversee payroll processing and related reporting
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
Assist with tax preparation and compliance
Communicate regularly with management regarding financial status and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar accounting role
Advanced proficiency with accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Microsoft D365, SAP, etc.)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
