Job Description

We are a growing company based in Fontana, CA, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations. This is a key position within the organization, offering autonomy, visibility to ownership/leadership, and long-term stability. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing the full accounting cycle from transactional processing through financial reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Manage sales tax filings and other regulatory reporting
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
  • Support CPA firm with year-end tax preparation and audits
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of bookkeeping or full-cycle accounting experience
  • Experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience processing in-house payroll
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
