Our client is a growing business that provides bookkeeping and back‑office support to companies in the small to midsize business space. They are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper who is confident working in both cash basis and accrual accounting and can independently manage, clean up, and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.
Job Responsibility:
Review and clean up financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Analyze balance sheets to identify and resolve discrepancies
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate records
Prepare profit and loss statements and other financial reports as needed
Utilize QuickBooks and, optionally, Xero to maintain detailed and organized bookkeeping
Collaborate with clients to address bookkeeping challenges and provide solutions
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with QuickBooks Online
Knowledge of Xero is a plus
Strong skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Ability to interpret and correct balance sheets and financial reports
Experience working with accrual basis accounting
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
