We are looking for a strong Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a Contract to permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that specializes in consumer products. The ideal Full Charge Bookkeeper will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing accounting operations, inventory, and logistics while maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and customers. This is lean, entrepreneurial environment; you must be hands-on and thrive in a build-as-you-go setting. This is far more than your traditional accounting role as you will have operational oversight, communicate with customers & suppliers, and managing logistics and warehouse activities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy in general ledger entries
Oversee payroll operations and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Maintain inventory records and track asset management for the warehouse
Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
Utilize Acumatica software for accounting and operational tasks
Support the setup and management of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
Collaborate with a lean team to execute projects and meet organizational goals
Provide operational support for company growth and expansion initiatives
Requirements:
Experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, ideally within a product-driven or wholesale environment
Experience with Acumatica or similar mid-market ERP systems
Strong operational aptitude—comfortable stepping outside traditional accounting
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently, especially in a remote environment
Thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial setting where new processes must be created, refined, and owned
Excellent communication skills
able to interface confidently with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
Comfortable juggling work across multiple locations and evolving operational structures
