Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Manage the full general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts to maintain financial integrity
• Oversee accounts payable processes, including vendor bill coding, entry, and payment
• Generate and distribute customer invoices while managing accounts receivable and collections
• Track job costing, inventory adjustments, and expenses related to manufacturing
• Record journal entries, accruals, and depreciation to support accurate financial reporting
• Monitor cash flow and assist with forecasting to guide financial planning
• Maintain and optimize QuickBooks, including account setup and troubleshooting discrepancies
• Provide operational support, such as managing digital and physical filing systems, assisting with purchasing, and addressing billing inquiries

• At least 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports

Experience with job costing and inventory tracking is highly desirable
