We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is located in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and requires working onsite. The ideal candidate will provide financial oversight and ensure the accuracy of reports, statements, and transactions, while managing bookkeeping tasks effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and review month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports
Ensure the accuracy of deposits and oversee reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Generate financial statements and provide detailed analyses
Support special projects related to financial operations
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to manage transactions
Monitor and guide the activities of a lower-level bookkeeper
Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure proper accounting
Maintain organized records of all financial activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping
Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements accurately
Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting
