Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily accounting operations for multiple client entities and ensure each maintains accurate, up-to-date financial records
Manage accounts payable/receivable, generate invoices, and process payments across a multi-entity client base
Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts, resolving discrepancies efficiently
Maintain general ledgers and process entries, including intercompany transactions and eliminations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and help prepare consolidated financials for multi-entity clients
Support our CPAs during audits and tax preparation, providing detailed client documentation and insightful reporting
Communicate directly with clients to clarify transactions and ensure all financial records are complete
Use next-generation technology (QuickBooks Online Advanced, Xero, Sage Intacct, etc.) to streamline workflow and deliver exceptional client service
Uphold rigorous internal controls and compliance standards
Requirements:
2+ years’ professional bookkeeping experience, ideally with a public accounting or CPA firm
Demonstrated experience handling bookkeeping/accounts for multiple entities, subsidiaries, or locations
Comfort managing intercompany accounting and supporting financial consolidation
Skillful use of multi-entity accounting software (such as QuickBooks Online Advanced, Xero, Sage, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
