Job Description:

Join our dynamic CPA firm and become an essential part of a team that supports diverse clients—ranging from fast-growing startups to established enterprises with complex, multi-entity structures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations for multiple client entities and ensure each maintains accurate, up-to-date financial records
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, generate invoices, and process payments across a multi-entity client base
  • Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts, resolving discrepancies efficiently
  • Maintain general ledgers and process entries, including intercompany transactions and eliminations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and help prepare consolidated financials for multi-entity clients
  • Support our CPAs during audits and tax preparation, providing detailed client documentation and insightful reporting
  • Communicate directly with clients to clarify transactions and ensure all financial records are complete
  • Use next-generation technology (QuickBooks Online Advanced, Xero, Sage Intacct, etc.) to streamline workflow and deliver exceptional client service
  • Uphold rigorous internal controls and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ professional bookkeeping experience, ideally with a public accounting or CPA firm
  • Demonstrated experience handling bookkeeping/accounts for multiple entities, subsidiaries, or locations
  • Comfort managing intercompany accounting and supporting financial consolidation
  • Skillful use of multi-entity accounting software (such as QuickBooks Online Advanced, Xero, Sage, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
