Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Manage financial records for four separate entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and in a timely manner
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial data
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts
• Track expenses related to job costing and individual projects
• Maintain detailed vendor and subcontractor records
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and standardized accounting practices
• Support the year-end closing process and collaborate with external accountants as required

• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within the construction industry
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to manage accounting for multiple entities and effectively prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Familiarity with multi-set bookkeeping processes and systems
