We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Waunakee, Wisconsin. Job Responsibility:
Handle all aspects of full charge bookkeeping, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date
Utilize QuickBooks to manage and track financial transactions efficiently
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate account balances
Manage full-cycle payroll, including processing and compliance with regulations
Prepare financial reports and statements for review by management
Maintain organized records and documentation to support audits and financial reviews
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly
Stay updated on relevant accounting practices and regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations
Experience managing full-cycle payroll
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and management
