We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Osprey, Florida. Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Prepare financial reports and compile accurate data for the company’s tax accountant
Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Utilize ERP software to track and organize financial transactions
Collaborate closely with the company’s owner to address financial matters and ensure smooth operations
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the accuracy of all financial information
Support the company’s operational workflow by overseeing financial processes related to product orders and sales
Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines without a rigid schedule
Provide trustworthy and honest financial management for the business
Adapt to the needs of a family-owned environment, contributing to the team’s success
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping or a similar role
Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Experience with Accounting software is required
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Trustworthy and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
