Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Full Charge Bookkeeper (PART TIME 15-20HRS/WEEKLY) to manage day-to-day financial operations and support general office administration. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background who thrives in a collaborative environment and values accountability and open communication.

Job Responsibility:

Manage accounts payable and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare and analyze financial reports
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures
Assist with budgeting and cash flow management
Support general office administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting
Familiarity with month-end/year-end procedures and reconciliation processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
Comfortable speaking up and contributing ideas
Familiarity with Juris or other legal practice management software (a plus)
Experience with Clio (preferred but not required)
Willingness to learn new software tools
Genuine, down-to-earth team player with a collaborative mindset
