Job Responsibility:

  • Keeping multiple clients financially on track with full-cycle bookkeeping—from GL maintenance and month-end close to bank reconciliations and inventory tracking
  • Overseeing AR/AP & Payroll—guide, review, and make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Being a tech-savvy rockstar—navigate QuickBooks (or similar software) with ease, leverage Excel like a pro, and even work your magic with Power BI or other data tools
  • Client-facing & educational—interact with clients, help them understand their books, and make sure they’re set up for success
  • Working on-site when needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients or in a company where you manage it all (not just AR or just AP)
  • Public accounting experience
  • A knack for tech—QuickBooks, Excel wizardry, report writing, and Power BI knowledge are a plus
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and analytical
  • Great communication skills
  • A go-getter mentality
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed
