Job Responsibility:
Overseeing and managing the general ledger
Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Recording financial transactions in appropriate ledgers
Completing tax forms and ensuring timely submissions
Performing payroll functions accurately and timely
Preparing financial statements such as profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
Maintaining orderly financial filing systems
Collaborating with external auditors during financial and tax audits
Preserving the confidentiality of the organization's financial information
Requirements:
3-5 years bookkeeping or general accounting experience
Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
must be detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Open to change and willing to learn new skills
Ability to follow up on pending issues
Ability to meet deadlines
