We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. This is a Contract to long-term position, offering the opportunity to transition into an ongoing role with our organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing comprehensive bookkeeping tasks and demonstrate proficiency in financial software.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Maintain and organize financial records to support seamless reporting and audits
Prepare and analyze financial statements to assist in decision-making processes
Utilize QuickBooks or similar software to track and record financial transactions
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve financial operations
Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed
Address and resolve any issues related to bookkeeping and accounting processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable accounting software
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations
Familiarity with financial statement preparation and analysis
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
