Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. This is a Contract to long-term position, offering the opportunity to transition into an ongoing role with our organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing comprehensive bookkeeping tasks and demonstrate proficiency in financial software.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Maintain and organize financial records to support seamless reporting and audits
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to assist in decision-making processes
  • Utilize QuickBooks or similar software to track and record financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve financial operations
  • Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role
