We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a growing onsite team in Clearwater, Florida. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day accounting operations while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused workplace. Job Responsibility:
Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping activities, including maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting operations
Process vendor invoices each month and ensure accounts payable transactions are recorded and paid on time
Handle accounts receivable tasks, track incoming payments, and help maintain organized account balances
Reconcile bank and financial accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
Prepare quarterly financial forecasts to help leadership evaluate performance and plan for upcoming business needs
Complete month-end accounting activities, including closing procedures and tax-related reconciliations
Assist with customer phone support as part of a cross-trained team, helping address orders and service-related questions
Work independently with limited supervision while coordinating effectively with staff and leadership on priorities
Support bookkeeping processes across multiple entities when needed as the company expands its operations
Requirements:
At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience with responsibility for core accounting functions
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required for success in this role
Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Strong Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas and apply clear spreadsheet formatting
Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and complete work in a fast-moving environment
