Job Description:

Fulfilment & Replenishment Operations Coordinator position at IKEA focusing on operational excellence, performance, and development of units within the market. Part of Customer Fulfilment organization making IKEA omnichannel retailing a reality.

Job Responsibility:

Support the team both planning/leading and perform task for major areas of responsibility, picking, packing, unloading, loading, replenishment of goods/orders and yard operations
Coordinate and prioritize tasks and assignments by having the total operation in mind
Maintain a clean, organised, safe and sustainable environment throughout the unit area
Ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and secure proper training across function
Responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment/Replenishment Operations Team Leader
Supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, acting on deviations, solving problems in timely manner, identifying and acting on improvement potentials

Requirements:

University/college degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or relevant experience and proven performance in retail and/or logistics role
Proven experience in utilizing technical equipment
Proven record of applying and taking personal initiatives
Computer skills
Experience in planning and improving daily operations
Confident and clear communication in English both written and verbal
