As part of CFF, the function of Fulfilment and Replenishment Unit Operation will contribute to this objective by taking a lead and overall responsibility for operational excellence, performance, and development of units within the market; striving for high performance at lowest possible cost and long-term profitability acting in a responsible way and thereby create great customer experience; securing development and well-being environment for our many co-workers in the units; enabling preconditions, securing availability and efficient execution of the replenishment process and the customer order fulfilment processes in the units; continuous improvement and securing fulfilment of products through all channels with great lead times, availability and quality at the lowest possible costs that enable an affordable price and profitability
Job Responsibility:
Support the team both planning/leading and perform task for major areas of responsibility, picking, packing, unloading, loading, replenishment of goods/orders and yard operations, within the agreed time with the customer in focus
coordinate and prioritize tasks and assignments by having the total operation in mind
maintain a clean, organised, safe and sustainable environment throughout the unit area
ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and secure proper training across function
responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment/Replenishment Operations Team Leader, in order to support overall operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations
supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, acting on deviations, solving problems in timely manner, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed
Requirements:
University/college degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or relevant experience and proven performance in retail and/or logistics role
proven experience in utilizing technical equipment
proven record of applying and taking personal initiatives
computer skills
experience in planning and improving daily operations
confident and clear communication in English both written and verbal
