Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of Commercial activation
  • Contribute to the execution of Operational Forecasting in the unit in co-operation with commercial partners, by proactively monitoring and highlighting deviations and securing high quality in the operational forecast
  • Secure optimal stock structure by proactively working to reduce avoidable stock, resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs
  • Coordinate the link to Quality in Supply Chain Operations by responding on requests and actions
  • Take a lead and overall responsibility for operational excellence, performance, and development of units within the market
  • Strive for high performance at lowest possible cost and long-term profitability acting in a responsible way and thereby create great customer experience
  • Secure development and well-being environment for our many co-workers in the units
  • Enable preconditions, securing availability and efficient execution of the replenishment process and the customer order fulfilment processes in the units
  • Continuous improvement and securing fulfilment of products through all the channels with great lead-times, availability and quality at the lowest possible costs that enable an affordable price and profitability

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of logistics processes, tools and working methods leading to excellence in operations
  • Good knowledge & understanding of KPIs used for success measures in logistics
  • Good knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools used in logistics
  • University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or equivalent working experience in logistics/supply chain
  • Very good computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven analytical and numeric skills and the ability to identify and address required actions
  • Experience in problem-solving and process improvement
  • Confident and clear communication in English and Spanish both written and verbal
