What you'll be doing day to day Achieve excellence in daily DC/CDC operations by planning outbound and inbound flows with a focus on the customer and the total supply chain. • Plan inbound flow for efficient goods receiving and outbound flow for efficient picking and packing according to set lead time goals. • Register and update shipments in yard management. Secure transport requirements, including documentation to fulfil daily. • Translate short term forecast with operational capacity and find improvement potentials. • Communicate and align with various stakeholders to ensure service to the customer. • Analyze and continuously improve the end-to-end planning in fulfilment unit. Troubleshoot planning deviations to secure on time delivery and fill rate. Together as a team We’re the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people. JOB TYPE – Full-Time BENEFITS ELIGIBLE - Yes HL - HL3 HOURS - Sunday-Wednesday 5:00am-3:30pm The hourly pay range for this role is $21.92/hr. – $30.97/hr. Qualifications • Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken. • Minimum 2 years of related experience. • Previous experience in WMS or ERP systems is desirable. The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 21.92 USD to 30.97 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
