Job Responsibility

Safely and efficiently storing goods, replenishing sales locations, picking, packing, checking, and preparing customer orders for delivery or collection within set KPIs
Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at point of receiving
Actively contributing to the highest possible stock availability by ensuring accurate replenishment, goods storage, picking, checking, hand out, & return flow, and taking responsibility to follow up discrepancies to ensure our customers always have the right information
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), rules, and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers

Requirements

Hold a current forklift licence
Strong interest in supply chain and efficient & safe fulfilment operations
A 'Togetherness' mindset
Collaborative, as well as a high level of autonomy
Energetic approach
Ability to prioritise tasks and communicate well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and use internal IT systems to manage workflow
Priority on safe work practices and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling
