Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, recruit, retain, and develop Fulfilment Operations Co-workers
  • Ensure all co-workers understand, are trained in, and are empowered to execute fulfilment and goods flow routines
  • Create an inclusive, motivating culture
  • Secure daily fulfilment operations by supporting goal setting, shift planning, workload balancing, equipment coordination, and resource prioritization
  • Ensure a balanced inbound and outbound volume flow
  • Maintain high standards for product handling, merchandising, stock accuracy, and damage prevention
  • Contribute to and follow up on the retail store logistics action plan
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Ensure co-workers follow IKEA's Code of Conduct, internal regulations, and all local laws
  • Support the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda
