Job Responsibility:

Lead the Fulfilment Operations Co-workers within the assigned area to ensure the highest goods availability and operational excellence at the lowest possible cost
Take full responsibility for identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing talents within the Fulfilment Operations team, building a high-performing and diverse team with strong succession capabilities
Secure a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment in full compliance with IKEA’s Code of Conduct, internal regulations, and local health, safety, security, and environmental legislation
Ensure efficient and high-quality daily Fulfilment Operations by planning people, shifts, and equipment effectively, driving quality awareness, and minimizing damages
Contribute to business goals by leading the execution of local plans and projects, and by analyzing workload patterns to ensure readiness for daily operations and seasonal fluctuations
Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda in all operational activities within the unit

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of retail and/or logistics processes, tools, and working methods to support daily operational excellence
Strong understanding of various leadership styles and the ability to adapt them based on team needs and different situations
Proven ability to interpret and apply budgets, costs, and key performance indicators to plan, follow up, and steer the business effectively
Proficient in using all relevant IKEA manuals and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in operations
Thorough understanding of the IKEA Code of Conduct, with knowledge of local regulations related to health, safety, and security
Familiar with safe and efficient forklift driving practices, aligned with IKEA guidelines and local legal requirements, while embracing IKEA’s concept, brand identity, and values
