Job Description:

As Fulfilment Operations Team Leader, manage warehouse efficiency, ensure inventory control, and lead a high-performing team while maintaining a safe work environment. Drive customer experience improvement through operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Managing daily activities, rostering, breaks, and achieving KPIs for the Fulfilment Operations team
Ensuring efficient warehouse systems for stock allocation, inventory control, and conducting investigations related to inventory discrepancies
Leading recruitment, retention, and development of team talents to ensure a high-performing, diverse team
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct and local regulations
Continuously improving daily operations to enhance customer shopping experience through product quality, merchandising, and stock accuracy
Promoting quality awareness, implementing local business plans/projects, and analyzing workload to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

Experience leading teams in operational functions, with a proven record of delivering business results and people development
Passion for customer-centric Fulfilment Operations
Sound computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication skills for building relationships and managing stakeholders
Ability to think ahead, remain calm under pressure, and excel in agile decision-making and problem-solving
Comfortable with strategic, tactical, and operational tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Maintains self-awareness and a safety mindset, ensuring a safe working environment while delivering results
