Supporting operations at the External Warehouse (Canning Vale) and the main store (Innaloo) by managing daily operations, including container receivals, unloads, internal site replenishment, and external replenishment for the store
Managing daily activities, rostering, breaks, and achieving KPIs for the Fulfilment Operations team
Ensuring efficient warehouse systems for stock allocation, inventory control, and conducting investigations related to inventory discrepancies
Leading recruitment, retention, and development of team talents to ensure a high-performing, diverse team

Requirements:
Previous forklift driving experience and a valid forklift licence will be highly regarded
