Job Description:

Fulfilment Operations Team Leader - Inbound role at IKEA Majura, responsible for overseeing daily operations with focus on order fulfilment and inventory availability, leading a team in warehouse and store operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution, with a strong focus on order fulfilment and inventory availability
  • Drive high goods availability by monitoring the accuracy of goods received, ensuring timely replenishment, and addressing discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer needs
  • Guide and support the team in executing sales space replenishment in alignment with visual merchandising standards and business priorities
  • Manage and coordinate the safe storage, retrieval, replenishment, and internal transportation of stock across the warehouse and store, ensuring effective use of material handling equipment
  • Champion a culture of safety by enforcing IKEA's safety policies, rules, and guidelines, ensuring safe goods movement and a secure environment for both customers and co-workers
  • Provide leadership and support across the wider fulfilment operations team, stepping in to assist with tasks and drive collaboration where needed

Requirements:

  • A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye for detail
