Job Description:

As an Inbound Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the receiving, picking, and replenishment operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your attention to detail and leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and optimising workflow. Job Responsibility:

Secure efficiency by implementing improvements, new operational processes, technologies and ways of working throughout the fulfilment operation to deliver an enhanced customer and co-worker experience
Secure collaboration and clear communication with internal and External stakeholders in order to secure the highest goods availability and customer order fulfilment at the lowest possible cost
Ensure that the Fulfilment Operations team works in compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, all relevant procedures, regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment
Coach, develop and inspire an efficient Fulfilment Operations team through communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, supporting equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being

Requirements:

Leadership experience with a focus on strategic leadership, delivering both business results and people development
You understand budgets, costs and key performance measurements analysing these to plan, follow up and guide the business over short, medium and long terms
You think tactically and operationally, implementing action plans, providing clear direction, establishing structures and routines for large teams
You thrive in an environment where changes occur frequently, working through your team to promote agile thinking, responsiveness, and simplicity
