Job Responsibility:
Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high-performing fulfilment team within the CMP
Responsible for achieving high customer and employee satisfaction at the lowest possible cost within an omnichannel context
Ultimately responsible for excellence in fulfillment operations, with a focus on the retail base, service execution, quality, productivity improvement, and cost optimization
Ultimately responsible for creating a safe and healthy work environment and for compliance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures
Ultimately responsible for driving the Customer Fulfilment component of the unit's commercial and growth strategy
Requirements:
Hold a higher professional or university degree (e.g., Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) and have 3–5 years of work experience in a leadership role (preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or similar)
Are fluent in spoken and written English
Possess analytical skills that allow you to understand budgets, costs, and KPIs
Willing to understand the IKEA business and customer needs
Get energized by applying a strategic, tactical, and operational approach to analyzing business opportunities
Have a passion for leading the business through people
