Job Responsibility:
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Fulfilment Operations team
facilitating effective stakeholder relationships to ensure the IKEA Concept and commercial priorities are a living reality and support maximised goods availability and customer order fulfilment efficiency
ensuring compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, IKEA Standard Operating Procedures, internal regulations, and local legislation related to health, safety & security within the Fulfilment Operations team
effectively leading change when implementing improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working
placing a strong emphasis on nurturing well-being and managing performance, development, and actively planning succession
effectively managing resources and operational expenses to maximise efficiency and drive profitability in fulfilment operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management delivering business and people results
a comprehensive understanding of safety, standard operating procedures, and industry requirements in fulfilment and the ability to embed these into the culture
proven experience managing effective internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve fulfilment and business goals
strong analytical skills and an ability to understand budget, cost and key performance measurements and translate them into actions
strong communication and leadership, with a demonstrated capacity to lead teams, set clear priorities, delegate tasks effectively, and provide constructive feedback.
