Drive continuous improvement and secure fulfilment of products through all sales channels with great lead times, availability, and quality at the lowest possible costs, enabling an affordable price and profitability
You are responsible for optimizing the flow planning for efficient internal end-to-end operations
You support the Team Leaders with resource and equipment planning
Securing, together with the Fulfilment Integration Team, that all prerequisites for an efficient and customer-centric operation are in place
Contributing to the capacity planning in the unit
Ensuring good communication so that new set-ups and planning are adopted by the relevant unit teams
You`re planning, leading, and performing tasks for major areas of responsibility, including picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishment of goods/orders within the agreed time, with the customer in focus
You`re responsible for achieving the goals determined by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader, supporting overall fulfilment operations goals and achieving excellence in running operations
Requirements
You have a background in logistics or business administration, and previous experience in the logistics-retail sector
You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and analytical skills
You have excellent computer skills and passion for IT tools. Especially Excel has no secret for you
You are resilient and known for your quick grasp of concepts, as well as your ability to think tactically and operationally
You can express yourself confidently in Local language and English (at least C1 level)
Your communication skills are strong, and you can build trust across functions
Proven experience in utilizing technical equipment
Proven record of applying and taking personal initiatives
Confident and clear communication in English both written and verbal
Excellent computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven analytical and numeric skills and the ability to identify and address required actions
Experience in problem-solving and process improvement
