Job Responsibility

Support the team both planning/leading and perform task for major areas of responsibility
picking, packing, unloading, loading and replenishment of goods/orders within the agreed time with the customer in focus
Maintain a clean, organised and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit and ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures and secure proper training across function
Ensure the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader, in order to support overall fulfilment operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations
Supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed
