Job Description:

As a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator, you will supervise daily warehouse operations, contribute to fulfillment goals, ensure safety compliance, and support onboarding training. Enjoy benefits including paid leave, discounts, and career development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the team in warehouse in planning and performing tasks
supervising the daily warehouse operation
supporting excellence in operations and goods presentation
contributing to the implementation and achievement of Fulfilment Operations goals
maintaining a clean and safe work environment
ensuring compliance with safety requirements and SOPs
facilitating onboarding training and on-floor co-worker support

Requirements:

Experience working in a warehouse environment
current valid forklift license will be highly regarded
strong attention to detail and an efficiency mindset
enthusiastic about teamwork and motivating people
strong advocate for a safe working environment
strong communication skills
proficient computer skills and ability to learn relevant systems solutions and tools
