Job Description:

Fulfilment Operations Coordinator role at IKEA Rhodes, responsible for warehouse operations, team supervision, and ensuring safe, efficient fulfillment operations with a customer-centric mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the team in warehouse planning and performing tasks
Supervising daily warehouse operation, assigning tasks and breaks
Supporting excellence in operations and high level of goods presentation
Contributing to implementation of Fulfilment Operations goals
Maintaining clean, organised, and safe environment
Ensuring compliance with safety requirements and SOPs
Facilitating onboarding training and co-worker support

Requirements:

Experience working in a warehouse environment
Current valid forklift license
Strong attention to detail and efficiency mindset
Experience supporting daily operations, coordinating breaks, and delegating tasks
Strong communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to learn and support others with relevant systems, solutions, and tools
