Job Description:

Fulfilment Operations Co-worker role at IKEA involving storage, replenishment, order picking, packing, and customer order preparation in a retail store environment, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Safely and efficiently storing goods, replenishing sales locations, picking, packing, checking, and preparing customer orders for delivery or collection
Using IKEA systems to efficiently manage customer workflow
Supporting all customer enquiries with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable approach
Contributing to highest possible stock availability by ensuring accurate replenishment, goods storage, and return flow
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures, rules, and guidelines are followed
Frequent lifting and use of manual handling equipment such as pallet jacks
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required

Requirements:

Strong interest in supply chain and efficient & safe fulfilment operations
Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently
Energetic approach with ability to be on feet all day
Strong customer focus and friendly, service-based approach
Ability to prioritise tasks and communicate well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and use internal IT systems
Priority on safe work practices
Comfortable with physical work and manual handling including frequent lifting
