Job Description:

Temporary part-time role in IKEA's fulfilment operations team, responsible for picking, packing and checking products for customer orders, maintaining stock levels, and using equipment like forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibility:

Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of assigned area
Following IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines to ensure safety
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required

Requirements:

Passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations
'Togetherness' mindset to work closely with team and other departments
Ability to collaborate and work independently
Energetic approach for being on feet all day
Strong customer focus
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Safe mindset and comfort with physical work and manual handling including heavy, repetitive lifting
Availability to work rotating roster with mix of day and evening shifts (9:00am to 8:30pm Monday to Sunday)
Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday)
