Fulfilment Operations Co-worker

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs; keeping safety in mind when lifting and moving large items; handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails; actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers; ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues; using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks; storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse; supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.
