Fulfilment Operations Co-worker

• Outbound Team: Responsible for customer order tasks such as picking, packing and checking products
• Supporting customers with the collection and hand-out of their Merchandise Pick-up or Click & Collect orders
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment, goods storage and returns flow
• Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required
• Inbound Team: Ensure that daily operations run smoothly with a focus on order fulfilment and inventory availability
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring precision of goods received, accurate replenishment of assigned area
• Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and in accordance with the visual merchandising guidance
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse and store
• Adhering to IKEA’s safety policies, rules, and guidelines
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required
• Forklift Driver: Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area
• Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed
• Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required

• $28.31 base hourly pay rate + penalty rates (including on weekends, public holidays, and late nights)
