Job Responsibility:
Outbound Team: Responsible for customer order tasks such as picking, packing and checking products
Supporting customers with the collection and hand-out of their Merchandise Pick-up or Click & Collect orders
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment, goods storage and returns flow
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required
Inbound Team: Ensure that daily operations run smoothly with a focus on order fulfilment and inventory availability
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring precision of goods received, accurate replenishment of assigned area
Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and in accordance with the visual merchandising guidance
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse and store
Adhering to IKEA’s safety policies, rules, and guidelines
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required
Forklift Driver: Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required
Requirements:
A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail
A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments
Ability to collaborate yet also be able to work independently
An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day
Strong customer focus
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting
For Forklift Driver role: forklift licence will be required
experience driving high-reach forklifts will be highly regarded
