Job Responsibility
Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse
Requirements
Must hold a valid forklift licence (LF)
A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail
A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers
Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently
An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day
Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting
