The Customer Fulfilment team plays a critical role in creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers, whether they shop in-store or online. As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you'll be responsible for ensuring products move efficiently, safely and accurately through our fulfilment processes while maintaining high standards of availability and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility
Picking, packing and checking products accurately for customer and online orders within set KPIs
Supporting Click & Collect operations, customer order handouts, delivery coordination and resolution of order issues
Replenishing stock and maintaining high levels of product availability for customers
Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Storing, retrieving, transporting and replenishing stock within the warehouse environment
Completing housekeeping duties and maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Following IKEA Standard Operating Procedures and all health, safety and security requirements
Supporting other fulfilment functions as required to ensure operational success and great customer outcomes
Requirements
Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics or fulfilment environment, with a strong understanding of safe and efficient stock handling practices
A current forklift licence, or the willingness to obtain one, along with a strong commitment to working safely in a warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and take pride in accurately picking, packing and checking products to ensure the best possible customer experience
Excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across different teams to achieve shared goals
A flexible, reliable and safety-first approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
The ability to perform physical and manual handling tasks safely, and to work in an active role that involves moving, lifting and handling products throughout your shift
