Job Description:

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker at IKEA, you'll be responsible for picking, packing and checking products for customer orders, handling Click & Collect orders, organizing deliveries, and ensuring high goods availability through accurate replenishment. You'll work in a fast-paced environment using forklifts and machinery while maintaining safety standards.

Job Responsibility:

Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs
Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts

Requirements:

A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail

Ability to collaborate yet also be able to work independently
An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day
Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting
Availability to work between 6am and 2pm
Availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts
Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday)
