Job Description:

The Fulfilment Operations Co-worker role involves optimising warehouse and stock operations, replenishing goods, and delivering excellent customer service in alignment with IKEA standards.

Job Responsibility:

Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs
Handing out Click & Collect orders and organising delivery
Solving any order issues such as delivery fails
Contributing to goods availability by ensuring replenishment of assigned areas
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines are followed
Using forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
Storing, retrieving, replenishing, and transporting stock within the warehouse

Requirements:

Forklift license or willingness to obtain one
Availability to work Monday to Sunday, 6am-10pm
Availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts
Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday)
Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with attention to detail

Safe mindset with comfort in physical work and manual handling (including heavy, repetitive lifting)
