Job Responsibility:
Contribute to daily operational excellence by supporting the team in planning, leading, and performing tasks across key fulfilment areas, including picking, packing, loading, unloading, goods replenishment, and yard operations
Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks with a holistic view of the total operation, securing an efficient workflow and smooth handovers between functions
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and sustainable working environment in line with IKEA safety standards and Standard Operating Procedures
Support the achievement of operational goals set by the Fulfilment/Replenishment Operations Team Leader, contributing to strong performance, continuous improvement, and a positive customer experience
Oversee daily processes within the assigned area of responsibility, acting quickly on deviations, resolving issues in a timely manner, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that all routines and working methods are consistently followed
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, fulfilment, warehouse operations, or a similar fast‑paced, process‑driven environment
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with a customer‑focused mindset and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
