As a Fulfilment Integration Specialist, you will contribute to securing the agreed availability goals for the unit by enabling efficient operations and supporting the supply integration process. Together with your commercial partners, you will ensure excellent planning and execution of commercial activities and optimal stock management.
Job Responsibility
Supporting the planning and execution of commercial activation at local, country, and global levels.
Contributing to operational forecasting by proactively monitoring and highlighting deviations and ensuring high-quality forecasts.
Securing correct range management by monitoring and taking necessary actions.
Maintaining stock accuracy and proactively taking corrective measures.
Working to reduce avoidable stock to achieve healthy capacity utilisation and low costs.
Building trustful relationships across the organisation and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Applying analytical and process-oriented thinking to propose solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
A university degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent working experience in retail, home furnishing, supply chain, or customer service.
Good understanding of the customer’s needs and expectations in the local market.
Good knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proven analytical and numeric skills with the ability to identify and address required actions.
Experience in problem-solving and process improvement.
Confident and clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
