Job Responsibility
Support and drive customer-centric fulfilment operations with focus on performance and efficiency
Contribute to planning and execution of commercial activations at local and market levels
Support operational forecasting by monitoring trends, identifying deviations, and improving forecast accuracy
Ensure high stock accuracy through proactive monitoring and corrective actions
Help maintain optimal stock structure to reduce avoidable stock and operational costs
Ensure goods flow processes are executed as per standard operating procedures, including safety and quality measures
Collaborate with fulfilment, distribution, and commercial teams for smooth forward and reverse flow of goods
Support replenishment processes, waste management, and click-and-collect operations
Work closely with commercial teams to ensure proper resource planning based on forecast and commercial calendar
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for better availability, lead times, operational efficiency, and customer experience across sales channels
Requirements
Good understanding of retail, logistics, fulfilment, and customer service operations
Understand customer needs, market expectations, and operational excellence standards
Comfortable working with KPIs, operational data, and forecasting tools
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to identify gaps and solve problems
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems/tools
Proactive and tactical in handling operational challenges and business opportunities
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across teams and functions
Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiency
University degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience in retail/supply chain/customer service
