Job Responsibility:
Contributing to the planning and execution of Commercial activation, local, country, and global
Contributing to the execution of Operational Forecasting in the unit in co-operation with commercial partners, by proactively monitoring and highlighting deviations and securing high quality in the operational forecast
Contributing to securing correct range management in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions
Contributing to securing correct stock accuracy in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions
Contributing to securing optimal Stock structure by proactively working to reduce Avoidable stock, resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs
Requirements:
University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or equivalent working experience in retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service
Very good computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven analytical and numeric skills and the ability to identify, and address required actions with experience in problem-solving and process improvement
Ability to build trustful relationships across the organization
Good communication and influencing skills and an ability to make things happen with flexibility, speed and simplicity
High organisational skills and ability to work in a structured way and an ability to apply analytical and process-oriented thinking when acting and propose solutions
Good knowledge of IKEA processes (retail and/or logistics processes), tools and working methods leading to excellent operations and understanding of the customer’s needs, demands and expectations in the local market
Good knowledge and understanding of KPIs used for success measures for own function and a knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools
Good knowledge in the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand Identity and the IKEA Culture & Values
