Job Responsibility:
Taking lead and overall responsibility for operational excellence, performance and development of fulfilment units within the market
Striving for high performance with lowest possible cost and long-term profitability acting in a responsible way and thereby creating great customer experience
Continuous improvement and securing fulfilment of products through all sales channels with great lead times, availability and quality with lowest possible costs that enable an affordable price and profitability
Secure development and well-being environment for our many coworkers in Unit Fulfilment
Enabling preconditions, securing availability and efficient execution of the replenishment process and the customer order fulfilment processes in the fulfilment unit
Contributing to the planning and execution of Commercial activation, local, country and global
Contributing to the execution of Operational Forecasting in the unit in cooperation with commercial partners by proactively monitoring and highlighting deviations and securing high quality in the operational forecast
Contributing to securing correct range management in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions
Contributing to securing correct stock accuracy in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions
Contributing to securing optimal stock structure by proactively working to reduce Avoidable stock, resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in retail, home furnishing, supply chain, logistics (this is an advantage, not a requirement)
High organizational skills and ability to work in a structured way
Ability to build trustful relationships across the organization
Service minded approach with capability to create good working relationships and commitments
Ability to apply analytical and process-oriented thinking when acting and propose solutions
Ability to make things happen with flexibility, speed, and simplicity
Proficient presentation skills, with confidence and ability to deliver to all relevant stakeholders and thorough knowledge of MS Office packages.
