  • Taking lead and overall responsibility for operational excellence, performance and development of fulfilment units within the market

  • Enabling preconditions, securing availability and efficient execution of the replenishment process and the customer order fulfilment processes in the fulfilment unit
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of Commercial activation, local, country and global
  • Contributing to the execution of Operational Forecasting in the unit in cooperation with commercial partners by proactively monitoring and highlighting deviations and securing high quality in the operational forecast
  • Contributing to securing correct range management in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions
  • Contributing to securing correct stock accuracy in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions
  • Contributing to securing optimal stock structure by proactively working to reduce Avoidable stock, resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in retail, home furnishing, supply chain, logistics (this is an advantage, not a requirement)
  • High organizational skills and ability to work in a structured way
  • Ability to build trustful relationships across the organization
  • Service minded approach with capability to create good working relationships and commitments
  • Ability to apply analytical and process-oriented thinking when acting and propose solutions
  • Ability to make things happen with flexibility, speed, and simplicity
  • Proficient presentation skills, with confidence and ability to deliver to all relevant stakeholders and thorough knowledge of MS Office packages.
