Fulfilment Co-worker (Forklift Driver)

• Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs
• Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers
• Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues
• Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts

• Forklift licence
• Experience driving high-reach forklifts
• Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail

Experience driving high-reach forklifts

• $28.31 base hourly pay rate + penalty rates (including on weekends, public holidays, and late nights)
