Requirements:
Background in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 2–4 years of leadership experience in distribution, retail, and logistics
Ability to lead, inspire, and engage the team in a changing environment with commercial focus
Analytical skills in understanding budget, cost, and key performance measurements
Experience in applying tactical and operational thinking and implementing action plans
Experience working with others, setting priorities, delegating responsibility, and giving feedback
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
