Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist (Tier II) to join our team in Naperville, Illinois. In this contract position, you will play a key role in assembling and preparing payroll packages for delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security protocols. Job Responsibility:

  • Assemble payroll packages based on client specifications and prepare them for timely delivery
  • Perform quality checks and complete package confirmations to maintain accurate tracking and security
  • Ensure compliance with security and audit procedures to protect sensitive client information
  • Identify and escalate issues related to missing or incorrect outputs to appropriate teams
  • Maintain and perform routine cleaning and user maintenance of distribution equipment
